What the job actually looks like
Not the poster version — the parts that decide whether you will enjoy it.
You see the factory floor
Our ERP runs crusher plants, hospitals, RMC batching units and retail chains. You will stand on a weighbridge, sit in an OPD queue and watch a payroll run before you build for it. Nobody here writes software for a domain they have never visited.
You talk to the client directly
Requirements come from the people who will use the system, not filtered through three layers. That means you own the conversation, the demo and the answer when something is wrong.
Open source, seriously
We build on ERPNext, the Frappe framework and Odoo. You work with real source, not a black box — reading upstream code and contributing fixes is part of the job, not a side project.
Go-live is the deadline that counts
A migration weekend, a first payroll run, a plant switching over on Monday morning. The work has a real date attached and a real team waiting on the other side of it.
You own it after go-live
Our AMC support is handled by the people who implemented the system. That closes the loop — you feel your own shortcuts six months later, which is the fastest way anyone learns to build properly.
Small team, wide surface
A team of 25+ across six industries means nobody stays in one lane. Functional consultants learn to script, developers learn the domain, and support engineers see every module we ship.

You ask what the business is trying to do
The best people here push back on a feature request until they understand the process behind it. A "make this field mandatory" ticket usually hides a real operational problem.
You are comfortable being new at something
Nobody arrives knowing stone crusher royalty passes or ESI wage limits. What matters is whether you enjoy learning a domain from the people who live in it.
You can explain it to a non-technical user
Our users are plant supervisors, hospital front desks and accountants. If you cannot explain your screen to them without jargon, the implementation will fail no matter how good the code is.
You finish things
Implementation work rewards people who close loops — data migrated and reconciled, training delivered, the last three edge cases handled. Ninety percent done helps nobody on go-live morning.
You keep learning after hours
Python, JavaScript, MariaDB, Linux, the Frappe framework and Indian statutory rules all move. We back people who stay curious — but the curiosity has to be yours.
You do the right thing when nobody checks
You will hold client payroll data, patient records and financial books. Integrity is not a poster on the wall here; it is the reason clients let us near their systems.

A 20-30 minute conversation about your background, what you want to learn and what the role actually involves day to day.
Practical round
A real task close to the work — a small Frappe or Odoo customisation, or a requirement you have to question and map. Not a puzzle round.
Team conversation
You meet the people you would work with, see the projects and ask everything you want about how we operate.
Offer
A clear written offer with the role, compensation and reporting line spelt out — and time to ask anything still unanswered.

No. Most people join without having worked on ERPNext or Odoo before. What matters is a grounding in programming, databases or business processes and a genuine willingness to learn a domain from the people who work in it. We train on the stack.
ERPNext, the Frappe framework and Odoo on the platform side; Python, JavaScript and TypeScript, React and Next.js on the development side; MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis for data; and Linux, Nginx, Docker, AWS and DigitalOcean for hosting and deployment.
Our office is in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. Because we implement ERP for plants, hospitals and factories, client site visits are part of several roles — particularly during requirement study, training and go-live. How much travel a role involves is discussed openly during the intro call.
Yes. We take on freshers and interns in development, functional consulting and support, and we look for aptitude and attitude rather than a specific degree. Share any project you have built — it tells us far more than marks do.
